But in tense situations it can be an advantage of small and medium sized businesses to exploit the human potential inherent in their employees. During this phase the director should be able to execute a new strategy (designating targets, communication, conversion, creating confidence). Besides improving skills, it is also necessary to improve rapid detection of situation, cooperating in the development, managing stress and improving communication skills with a group training. Skills-coaching allows a special, avanced personalized development. It is a long-term and costly process, but the changes are immediately displayes in everyday life.
