CBA terminated the franchise contract with the Palóc Kft.

After several rounds of unsuccessful negotiations, the CBA Kereskedelmi Kft. initiated the termination of the franchise contract concluded with the Palóc Kft. and took measures to exclude the Palóc Kft. from the network – CBA told MTI on Wednesday.

According to press reports, the stores of the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. will close on Thursday morning, because bankruptcy threatens CBA regional centers in six Eastern counties. (MTI)
