The NAV fined a shopkeeper to half million HUF
During about 100 checks the NAV imposed fines in a total of one million HUF to the shopkeepers, because of deficiencies in connection with online cash registers.
There was a trader who alone paid 500 thousand HUF, because he did not claim the registration code from the authority yet, while the deadline has expired long time ago, in early September. At the beginning, the NAV inspectors only warned the companies to exchange their cash register, but from October they will fine those who did not order their cash registers. The regular, confirmed order was missing at fifth of the shopkeepers.
