60 percent of the employees are committed towards their companies
According to a survey, 60 percent of the employees are committed towards their companies in Hungary, and do not plan to change jobs and perform beyond the expectations to fulfill the purposes of the company – Aon Hewitt's “Trends in employee engagement” prospecting reveals.
According to the survey published on Wednesday, the consulting firm surveyed around 9 million employees about their jobs of more than 1,000 companies in 164 countries.
The commitment of the Hungarians is slightly above the European level of 57 percent, but slightly below the global value, which is 62 percent. In Hungary, the workers are mostly satisfied with their direct boss and with their colleagues. (MTI)
