Nébih suspended the operation of a confectionery plant in Budapest
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) suspended the operation of a confectionery plant in Budapest during a test last week's audit, because unlabeled ingredients, unknown production-time semi-finished and finished products, as well as serious hygiene problems occured in the plant – the Nébih told MTI on Tuesday.
The professionals of Nébih found that the production and storage facilities were not cleaned properly and were overcrowded. The hygienic and hand washing conditions were bad as well. Expired, unlabeled materials were stored in the warehouse, while the shelves and packaging materials were contaminated with mice excrement. (MTI)
