Feldman Zsolt: the preparedness of the wine-making profession is a good basis for the quality renaissance of champagne
The preparedness of the Hungarian wine and champagne professional community provides a good basis for the continuation of the traditional renaissance of traditional champagne – the Minsiter of State of the Ministry of Agriculture said in Etyek.
Feldman Zsolt told at the first Hungarian champagne conference at the Rókusfalvy Estate that 6-7 percent of the wine products marketed in Hungary today are sparkling wines, which is a significant proportion. He added that the government would create the opportunity to move forward, in which the protection of origin, the use of geographical indications, the link between the place of production and the products could help.
