The company closed the year 2021 with net sales of HUF 89 billion and a profit of HUF 832 million
In their press release, they wrote: as part of the two-year, recently completed investment, the company put into operation new tempering, mixing equipment and a decrystallizer, and among other things, expanded its storage, cooling, and packaging capacities.
With the self-financed development, the company created the conditions for the production of cottage cheese bars coated with real dark chocolate
– they emphasized.
It was noted that many people think that the coating of curd bars is chocolate, but 95 percent of such products on the shelves of Hungarian stores are made with a coating mass. In light of the popularity of the product, it was called shocking that no significant development has taken place in the production of cottage cheese bars in the last 50 years.
The advantage of the food coating, reminiscent of chocolate in color and taste, is that it is less prone to melting, keeps its color and shape better, and can be produced in large quantities thanks to the easy-to-produce and handle palm oil – they wrote.
