Action to make the poultry sector transparency

A new program is laboured by the Hungarian Poultry Association and the Tax Office to detect tax abuser in poultry sector. The method is easy, the supervisor will control the bought and the processed product's volume.

In food industry there is a hard follow up –controllsystem
and when the manufacture can't certify his supply and turns over without any account,
than it will be punished. The control is helped by an information system.

All in one, from 100 kilo poultry will be 80 kilo products,
the rest will be dangerous refuse, what must be destroyed. So the procedure is transparency,
the manufactures must have account about the last gramme flesh.
