Fazekas Sándor: the Tisza fish soup is part of the Hungarian culture
The Tisza fish soup – that was recently elected among the Hungarikums – is part of the Hungarian lifestyle and culture – Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture said in Tiszafüred onn Friday, the local government held a press conference event.
The Hungarikum Commission raised the Bull’s Blood, the Kodály method, the Hungarian shepherd and hound breeds, and the Tisza fish soup on 21 March among the Hungarikums.
Ujvári Imre, Mayor of Tiszafüred (Fidesz-KDNP) said that by the end of August, more than 40 programs will await the guests at 15 locations including the Fish Days in Tiszafüred. (MTI)
