Fazekas: The expansion of trademark use is a common interest
Fazekas Minister for Rural Development told at a professional event on Tuesday in Budapest, that the expansion of Hungarian products’ trademark use is a common interest of the agricultural government, the consumers and the manufacturers.
Fazekas Sándor added that when the Product Regulation in 2012 was drafted, it was a priority to distribute more Hungarian products to the markets, and the food products to be traced, and to be high quality and be reliable.
He called it a significant achievement that 75 percent of buyers are specifically looking for Hungarian products in the stores. 5-6 years ago, their proportion was around only 50 percent. (MTI)
