2.6 billion HUF can be spent to improve the conditions of fish processing from the about 15 billion HUF, resources of the Hungarian Fisheries Operational Program (MAHOP) – the Minister of Agriculture announced on Tuesday in Budapest.
Fazekas Sándor, at the ceremony of the Quality Hungarian Fish Certification Mark said that the ministry, together with industry players, has taken steps to increase domestic consumption of domestic freshwater fish, and now intends to encourage the development, modernization of fish processing and the establishment of new processing plants .
