FAntarktic success !!!
The continent that is for everyone and no one. The common treasure of mankind, the largest ice desert in the world, cannot be owned by any country.
Rakonczay Gábor, extreme athlete, has conquered the mythical continent, and drew a 94 kilogram sledge in -25 degrees and in glaring whiteness and sunshine. After 44 days and 4 hours of continuous march and a total of 950 km on Monday, January 7, 2019, he reached the finish line! He burned ten percent of his body weight and suffered frostbite on his face, but happier than ever.
The fearless sportsman is the first Hungarian to reach the South Pole from the mainland.
”When I saw the South Pole base, I had a dual feeling: like my inner self had always known that I will succeed and it would just smile quietly. At the same time, I am aware that this is simply amazing, and that is why I feel enormous joy and gratitude to my sponsors the Fa and Schwarzkopf Men brands that are one of my main sponsors, so that I can be here and can experience this feeling!” Rakonczay – said.
