This is why many people still choose shops instead of buying online
According to a recent EY international survey of more than 23,000 consumers in 30 countries, shoppers still prefer to examine products in person before buying, which favours traditional shops over digital stores.

57% of respondents wish to physically see and touch the product they plan to buy, and two-thirds also seek the advice of an in-store expert when making a high-value purchase, in order to make an informed decision. 68% of consumers are happy to receive AI-powered personalised offers and promotions, but many are particularly annoyed by intelligent chatbots. //
