Companies offer the highest incomes for internships in these areas
This year, companies are offering the highest incomes to employees applying for internships in the fields of sales, finance, operations, HR and logistics – Munkahelyeink.hu told MTI on Thursday based on its own data.
It was pointed out that in these areas the salaries in the paid internship positions are on average in the range between HUF 107,000 and HUF 196,000 net.
The announcement quoted Costin Tudor, the CEO of Munkahelyeink.hu, who said that the internship has become an invaluable stepping stone in the lives of students completing their higher education and young professionals. These opportunities promise professional experience, practical knowledge and skill development, as well as the opportunity to get to know the operation of the given industry.
The specialist added that if someone is looking for an internship, it is vital to consider future employment opportunities within the given company. He recommends that employers look for companies that prioritize talent management and prioritize high-performing interns during recruitment.
