EY: Hungarians are open to digital technology
Hungarians using the Internet are the most open to applying digital solutions in the Central and Eastern European region – according to a study by EY, an international audit and business consulting firm.
The research was conducted by Nielsen, commissioned by EY, involving more than 3,600 people online in Austria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia to assess the financial, banking and IT habits of the population.
The consulting firm said in a statement that more than two-thirds (71 percent) of the Hungarian population who use the Internet try to do their daily business online, while the average in the region is only 44 percent. (MTI)
