Expressz response to the changes
The way of getting information has fundamentally changed as well as its collection, allocation and management – Matusek László, Operation and Development Director of the Expressz Zrt. analyzed the situation at the Laurel Retail Conference in Siófok. The expert said that the real challenge is that to provide the users the information that they expect, and the Company's development program to be carried out in accordance with it.
The change in obtaining information quickly became clear for the Expressz Zrt., so the decision born quickly to launch a complex enterprise transformation project – Matusek László added. As the first step, they carry out the integration of the print and online appearances and the automation of the most possible business processes. This means more efficient resource utilization and always up to date information on the operations.
