Europe’s Day in Commerce – for the nineteenth time
The National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) has organised the 19th edition of Europe’s Day in Commerce.

At the ceremony, VOSZ leadership, together with invited guests and leaders of trade organisations, presented a certificate of recognition to György Vámos, Secretary General of OKSZ for the past 33 years of his service
The participants of the event were welcomed by László Krisán, CEO of KAVOSZ Zrt. Juan Manuel Morales, the president of EuroCommerce sent a video message. VOSZ president János Eppel told: 2023 will be an extremely challenging year – not only for retailers, but also for the economy as a whole.

Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business – László Krisán stressed
“In the current challenging times, the Hungarian food and processing industry and retail have become not only a strategic sector, but a national security sector too”, said Minister of Agriculture István Nagy. He stressed that Hungarian products aren’t only trustworthy and high quality, but are also a perfect choice for sustainability and supply chain security reasons.
Dr Márton Nobilis, secretary of state for the food industry and trade policy was also present at the event, where the most prestigious awards of the profession were presented to this year’s winners.//
