Nescafé Espresso Concentrated Enters Europe With UK Debut
Food giant Nestlé has launched the Nescafé Espresso Concentrated range in Europe, beginning with the UK.
The Nescafé Espresso Concentrated range allows consumers to make their own, personalised iced beverage, the company added.
It can be used to make a creamy iced latte, or a strong iced americano, as well as with lemonade or juice.
The concentrate easily dissolves in water or milk, allowing coffee drinkers to create café-style beverages in an instant.
Six ‘Big Bets’ For 2025
Axel Touzet, head of Nestlé’s coffee brands strategic business unit, stated, “With its growing popularity among younger generations, cold coffee continues to drive growth in the coffee category.
“Nescafé Espresso Concentrated captures what young people want in an iced coffee: convenience, personalisation and quality. As one of our six ‘big bets’ for 2025, this latest innovation has significant growth potential, with the ability to generate over CHF 100 million globally in annual sales over the coming years.”

Each bottle of Nescafé Espresso Concentrated contains 16 servings and is available in three flavours: vanilla, caramel and classic.
The product has been launched in the US, Japan, China and Australia, and the food giant plans to roll out the product globally across Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
The UK has seen a shift towards coffee from tea, with more regular coffee drinkers (63%) than tea drinkers (59%) in 2023, according to data from Kantar cited by Nestlé.
In February, Nestlé reported slightly better than expected annual sales growth, driven by price increases, but the world’s largest packaged food company warned of a narrower profit margin in 2025.
