A snail processing plant was built in Kisvárda
The plant of the French-owned Bourgogne Gastronomie Kft. was opened on Friday in Kisvárda, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county from about 6.5 billion HUF.

Kötél Bernadett, Managing Director of the investing Bourgogne Gastronomie Kft. told at the handing over ceremony that Hungarians rarely eat snails although this dealicacy is very popular in French speaking countries. (MTI)
