Flavourings in all sizes
Slow growth is detectable in the market of liquid flavourings. However, no major innovation can be seen in the market of mayonnaise, mustards, ketchup and horse radish, as consumers seem to prefer basic flavours. There are only a few flavoured products around, though some, for example mayonnaise with horse radish have become popular. According to Rita Bazsó from Univer Product Zrt., consumers are very price-sensitive, but hopefully they will eventually start looking for higher quality, branded products in the future.
