The robots of Universal Robots get tasks in more and more varied industries. The food industry also voted for lightweight, flexible robots.

The Swedish Nordic Sugar AB, which is one of the biggest European sugar factory uses three Universal Robots. Prior to the selection of the robots, the most important aspects were model flexibility, user-friendliness and the affordable price, so the choice eventually fell to Universal Robots’ industrial robot arms.
