Bizerba packaging machines make the modified atmosphere packaging (M.A.P.) and vacuum technology packaging (SKIN) of food products possible at store level. Both methods can be applied by using the same Bizerba packaging machine, as different foods require different packaging.

Products packaged using these technologies don’t just have a longer shelf life, but they also meet the very high hygiene expectations of these pandemic-ridden times. What is more, food looks more aesthetic if packaged this way.
