The Henkel has signed an equal opportunities agreement
The Henkel Magyarország Kft. is among the first companies in Hungary that signed the Diversity Charter, which aims to fight against discrimination and supports equal opportunities.

By signing the Diversity Charter, the companies aim to achieve organizational diversity, and taking into account equality considerations into their strategy. At Henkel, diversity is part of the corporate strategy, and the company makes measurable commitments to reach this goal. Henkel’s employees come from 124 nations, 80 percent of the colleagues are working outside Germany. The proportion of female managers is 32.5 percent, while in the Hungarian management unit, the proportion of women amounts to 43 percent.
