After decade-long research, Missouri State University developed a soy product that perfectly reproduces the taste of chicken and melts in one’s mouth just like chicken meat. Since the breakthrough the world of vegetarians is buzzing with excitement. Seth Tibbott, the owner of Tofurky, one of the biggest soy product manufacturers opines that the industry found one of its two Holy Grails (the other is the imitation of the taste of ham). The company would like to buy the manufacturing rights from the university, but the university decided to keep them.
