The BrauBeviale 2024 exhibition is being prepared with valuable novelties
BrauBeviale 2024 once again offers visitors many exciting programs with the latest developments in beer and beverage production and winemaking technologies. The event will take place between November 26 and 28, 2024 in Nuremberg, where visitors can meet a wide range of exhibitors as well as inspiring conference programs.
Forums and special areas
Forums await those interested in halls 1 and 9, where experts from research and industry share their knowledge of raw materials, marketing, technology and packaging. Special attention is given to start-ups and young talents, logistics, and the wine and spirits sector. The Craft Drinks Area occupies a special place where craft brewers can present their products.
Raw materials and marketing in focus in hall 1
Hall 1 discusses issues of raw materials and marketing. Among other things, new, climate-resistant barley varieties will be presented here, and the future of hop cultivation and yeast will be discussed. During the marketing presentations, we can get answers to questions such as what makes a beer successful in the market and how to revive the beer industry with innovative thinking.
Technology and packaging in hall 9
Energy efficiency and sustainability will be the focus of the technology program in hall 9. Integrated energy systems and the use of heat pumps are presented to small and medium-sized enterprises. The issues of non-alcoholic beer production are also discussed, with particular regard to the role of yeast and product development.
