A strong confidence characterizes the SME sector
There is a good mood in the SME sector. The K&H SME confidence index, which shows the expectations of companies, is now 15 points after a slight decrease of 2 points. Despite the minimal change, businesses are generally optimistic about the next year, as they expect higher financial results and a favorable turnaround in public burdens, but companies are increasingly reluctant to rely on EU funds.
The K&H SME confidence index, which reflects the expectations of domestic micro, small and medium-sized enterprises for one year, declined from 17 points in the previous quarter to 15 points. Despite a 2-point decline, the index is stable, with its third quarter at such a high level, something unprecedented in the last 15 years since the start of the research.
