Omnibus package of measures

In February 2025 the European Commission presented a new package of proposals that would amend several sustainability regulations, including the CSRD, CSDDD and EU Taxonomy.

The Omnibus package seeks to reduce and simplify reporting obligations, especially for SMEs. For instance the adoption of the Omnibus package could significantly reduce the ESG administrative burden for companies, while maintaining the strategic goals of the green transition. //
