Consumer confidence in the United States deteriorated slightly in October
The Conference Board nonprofit Economic Research Institute announced on Tuesday that the consumer confidence index has dropped from 126.3 points in September to 125.9 points. Analysts expected an improvement of 128.0 points from October. (MTI)
