eNET: about 234 billion forints were spent on Christmas presents last year by Internet users
Adult Internet users, according to their own announcement, spent about 234 billion forints on Christmas gifts last year.
Forty-two percent of this amount, about 98 billion forints were spent online, and 58 percent about 136 billion forints in offline stores – according to the December and January surveys of the eNET Internet Researcher.
According to the survey sent to MTI on Thursday, at the end of last year, 90 percent of the Internet users, 5 million people bought Christmas gifts online (3.7 million) or offline (4.9 million). (MTI)
