Tetra Pak improves its competitiveness with energy efficiency improvements
Thanks to the green investment, the Tetra Pak factory in Budaörs in recent years decreased its specific energy consumption with 39 percent, while increased production by 95 percent.
The leading international beverage carton packaging manufacturer, the Tetra Pak factory in Budaörs invested nearly a quarter billion forints to developments in the past 10 years, which now amounts to more than 6,500 GJ of annual energy savings. This means the annual energy consumption of a total of 80 family houses.
