Barry Callebaut Inaugurates Chocolate Academy Centre In Morocco

Chocolate and cocoa product manufacturer Barry Callebaut has officially inaugurated its new Chocolate Academy Centre in Morocco.

In a statement, Barry Callebaut said that via its global network of 26 Chocolate Academy centres, it provides training and personalised support for craftsmen, pastry chefs, confectioners, bakers and caterers.
