Employer branding in the age of AI and GenZs – The sequel
The 2nd Marketing Art Employer Branding Conference will be held on November 27, again at the Pasarét Community Hall. But is there such a thing as a loyal employee? Maybe you wanted a job? Why do employees choose well-constructed employer brands? What makes recruitment and retention effective? Those present are looking for answers to such and similar questions. Trade magazine is the media sponsor of the event.
– At the spring conference, we started to go over the marketing aspects of employer branding, but many questions remained in the air, so we will continue: we are looking for answers and good practices – says Krisztina Bódi, owner and managing director of Marketing Art.
Employer Branding is the process during which the current and desired personality of the organization is mapped, then awareness of these values, implementation and operation of these values in marketing activities and communication, the formation of missing but necessary values, and the development of incomplete values take place.
The measurable results of successful Employer Branding support the company’s positions in terms of planability, recruitment and retention numbers, and increased efficiency, and ultimately can also be seen in the company’s overall results.
Employer Branding requires complex thinking, methods and activities during the HR, marketing and communication activities of companies, with special expertise and attitude.

The purpose of the conference is to provide professional support for the Employer Branding activities of businesses and organizations and to facilitate their activities.
