Emirates: more than a quarter of the Hungarians are having a holiday abroad

27 percent of the Hungarians are having a holiday abroad this year. Half of the passengers are traveling by plane – according to a representative research made on behalf of the Emirates airline.

According to the summary of the survey sent to MTI on Tuesday, the majority of the Hungarians choose a nearby destination: Austria, Italy and Croatia lead the list of the most popular resort destinations in 2014-2015, closely followed by Slovakia, Greece, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Romania and the Czech Republic. The United States, the United Arab Emirates and Canada are in the first three places among the far destinations. (MTI)
