Aldi International IT Services Kft. raised wages
Aldi International IT Services Kft. (AIIS), the Hungarian subsidiary of the German discount chain that provides IT services, increased the wages of its employees by 10 percent this year, increasing the wages of the employees by 26-44 percent in one year – the company informed MTI in a statement on Monday.
It was recalled: almost 600 employees of the AIIS headquarters in Budapest and Pécs take care of the IT systems of more than 4,000 European ALDI stores and 55 logistics centers and office buildings.
The number of employees of the company increased by 300 last year, and this year, in parallel with the growing tasks, another 150 jobs are planned to be created – they wrote.
It was explained that after the second foreign language used, employees receive an additional gross monthly allowance of HUF 50,000. The starting salary of trainees who speak a foreign language thus exceeds HUF 400,000 gross, while the salary of senior IT technicians with significant experience is usually seven figures.
