Producer prices of slaughter cattle increased in the first 16 weeks of 2025
According to AKI PÁIR data, producer prices of slaughter cattle increased in the 1st–16th week of 2025.
Per kilogram of carcass warm weight, the producer price of a young bull increased to HUF 1,602, while that of a slaughter heifer increased to HUF 1,235 and that of a slaughter cow to HUF 1,322. The data serve as an important reference point for market participants involved in trade.
