The value of the Conference Board’s overall U.S. economic index has increased
The value of the Conference Board’s comprehensive U.S. economic indicator increased in February.
According to the institute’s report, the value of the Leading Economic Index (LEI), which summarizes the ten macroeconomic indicators, increased by 0.2 percent to 110.5 points. Analysts expected a slightly stronger pace of 0.3 percent after a 0.5 percent increase from the previous month. (MTI)
