Different views over the retail turnover

According to the National Trade Association, positive signs occurred in last year’s, retail indicators, but the analyst of CIB Bank stressed, that the figures were weaker than expected, and retails sales may expand this year, but with a modest rate than it was projected previously.

The Central Statistical Office has published the last retail datas on Wednesday: the volume of the sales of December – on the basis of the calendary effect adjusted datas – decreased by 1.7 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year, and decreased by 2.3 percent in 2010 as a whole, while the sales of December decreased by 0.7 percent, compared to the November data – reports ProfitLine.hu.
