Nébih was ranked first in the ranking of European authorities
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) was ranked first in the ranking of European authorities; according to a recent survey by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the Hungarians are most likely to vote for their national authority – Zsigó Róbert Minister of State, responsible for Food Safety told MTI on Tuesday.
The representative research, carried out in the 25 Member States, involving 6,200 people, sought answers to the public’s perception of how much the authorities in their country were able to protect them against food safety risks. The survey also revealed that most consumers expect fast and detailed information when a food that is hazardous to their health is placed on the market. (MTI)
