17th Hungarian Wine Route Rally has started
The 17th Hungarian Wine Route Rally has started on Friday morning, 24 August 8 am from the City Park of Budapest. This year’s route goes through the wine regions of Tokaj, Eger, Mátra and the South Balaton wine region

The contestants were launched by Regőci Attila race organizer, Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Rural Development and TV presenter Orosz Barbara.
The organizers said earlier at the press conference that 90 pairs including well-known actors, politicians, journalists, businessmen will take part on the 17th Hungarian Wine Route Rally lasts between 24-26 August. The participants have to drive nearly 900 kilometers in three days between Budapest-Eger-Tokaj-Siófok and Budapest, visiting 23 wineries and distilleries. The event aims to promote the country's historic wine regions, wine culture and rural tourism. (MTI)
