Private label products are becoming more and more popular
Private label products are becoming more and more popular on the domestic market. In addition to the private label goods, discounted products that are not avalable elsewhere are gaining a growing stake as well. However, there are goods, which the Hungarians did not quite buy from the private label “basket” – the hvg.hu wrote.
The secret of the popularity of the private label products is the reasonable prices, the constantly improving quality and the increasing range. In 2013 we spent 26 HUF out of 100 HUF on private label products – the Pénzcentrum wrote. Of course, this also means that still the classic brands are relevant in case of food products, in case of chemical goods private label products acquired 47 percent of the total turnover last year – can be read in the recent study of GfK.
