Every fifth international chain would expand in Hungary according to a survey
65 percent of the international retail chains would expand in the United Kingdom in 2017. 19 percent of the international retail chains mentioned Hungary as well, thus Hungary is the fifth on the list of retailers wishing to expand – according to the latest research of CBRE International Real Estate Consultant.
CBRE reported on Wednesday that the United Kingdom is followed by France with 43 percent, Germany with 38 percent, and the United Arab Emirates with 24 percent. The fifth place is shared by Spain, the Netherlands and Hungary with 19-19 percent. (MTI)
