Dreher’s new Japanese owner is committed to the Hungarian market
The Asahi Group, the new Japanese owner of the Dreher Breweries, is committed to the Hungarian market – Paolo Lanzarotti, CEO of Asahi Breweries Europe Ltd. said on Thursday at the company’s press conference in Plzen, the Czech Republic.
He added that the future is most determined by the new trends in Hungary, such as the growth in demand for craft beers, consumer aspirations for conscious lifestyles and the growth of female buyers. Paolo Lanzarotti said that Asahi chose to purchase the Eastern and Central European portfolio due to the strong brands with strong tradition and due to the size of the distribution network. (MTI)
