The harvest has begun in Hungary
The harvest has begun in the country; farmers started to harvest the winter barley in almost every counties – Czerván György Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) said.
Czerván György said that the harvest prospects are good. The domestic supply of food grain and feed grain will be enough for Hungary and a part of it can be exported as well.
He added that the wheat harvest begins next week in the southern counties, while 15 percent of the barley has been harvested. (MTI)
