Recognition of the SPAR logistics center

On 26th of March 2010, the jury of the eighteenth Hungarian Innovation Grand Prix recognized the SPAR Magyarország Kereskedelmi Ltd. for the innovation “SPAR Logistics Center Üllő – Energy concept”, that was implemented in 2009.

Environmental awareness is specific for the whole operating area of the SPAR Magyarország Kereskedelmi Ltd.. In the designing and the construction of the 47,000 m2 logistics center, the environment protection played the main role.
SPAR aims, that in 2010 and 2011 in order to reduce the environmental impact, effective and future-oriented solutions will be used in the area of waste management also.
