This year Starbucks had several initiatives that raised awareness of the importance of accepting and supporting each other. Besides sustainable and eco-friendly solutions, in 2021 the coffeehouse chain celebrated openness too. The company wants guests and partners to feel that they are always welcome in Starbucks cafés. Starbucks will do its best to champion diversity, acceptance and empathy in the future as well.
