A relatively new trend in psychology is positive psychology, which, true to its name, explores the paths and methods that lead to happiness and fulfillment.
Generally speaking, both happiness and fulfillment are seen as a (long) residual state. What about the tiny happiness that surprises us unexpectedly and makes us smile, what makes us happy? The 90-year-old Medve cheese also asked Hungarian consumers this question, and Ráskó Eszter psychologist helps the brand in the analysis of the answers received.
