In September, not only the leaves fall, but also the excuses we’ve used to postpone exercise and healthier eating. BioTechUSA’s 2025 “Back to the Gym” campaign aims to support these resolutions by offering practical guidance for both returning to the gym and building healthier eating habits—along with a 15% shopping discount. The campaign’s ambassadors, Eszter Oczella and Jenő Kiss, together with the company’s dietitian expert, provide reliable guidance for lifestyle changes. Adding extra motivation, the campaign also supports a charitable cause.

Getting in shape, smartly: tips even the best apply

The campaign’s ambassadors, Jenő Kiss, IFBB Pro and 2x Mr. Universe, and Eszter Oczella, IFBB Bikini Pro competitor, highlighted that the secret to getting in shape is not in miracle products or crash diets, but in mindfulness. The two icons shared five key points to follow for a successful lifestyle change:
  • Start with clearly defined, realistic goals that are achievable and motivating in the long term.
  • Create a well-thought-out, balanced workout plan that provides a secure and feasible framework.
  • As a beginner or someone returning, focus on full-body workouts, learn the basics, and gradually increase intensity.
  • Don’t forget stretching, which is key for recovery and injury prevention.
  • Success doesn’t depend only on training: mindful nutrition and proper rest are just as important as lifting weights or cardio sessions.

Clear your plate of myths

The advice from Jenő and Eszter was complemented by BioTechUSA dietitian expert Sára Somogyi. She emphasized that when exercise and a balanced diet go hand in hand, the result is not only short-term momentum but a sustainable transformation. To achieve this, we must distinguish between habits that truly move us forward and fad diets or myths that hold us back.
Many of us are confused about nutrition, but according to the expert, it’s time to let go of rules like “bread, fruit, or pasta always make you gain weight” or “no eating after 6 PM.” True success lies in building a healthy relationship with food—one that doesn’t include thoughts like “I’ll burn it off later” or “a few days of fasting or calorie restriction will get rid of the extra weight.”
“Overly strict, extreme diets can easily lead to deficiencies, while calorie intake might not actually decrease, which can even cause weight gain and damage our relationship with food. Poor nutrition doesn’t just affect the body, it burdens the mind too: sleep quality can worsen, leading to fatigue and stress, which ultimately reduces performance. For example, a well-balanced dinner at 7–8 PM is perfectly fine if you go to bed at 10–11 PM, but continuous snacking afterward can undermine progress and seriously hinder long-term goals.”
– explained the dietitian.

Secret ingredients for successful lifestyle change

So, what small but effective changes lead to lasting success? According to the expert, simply eating a wider variety of colorful vegetables would already benefit most people. Additionally, reducing portion sizes and cutting back on added sugars can bring visible and sustainable results. To further support lifestyle changes, a targeted high-quality supplement can be useful—of course, only alongside a balanced diet, good-quality sleep, and regular exercise.
During the BioTechUSA Back to the Gym campaign, lifestyle changers are not only supported with expert advice on training and nutrition but also receive 15% off total purchases in stores and online using the code BTTG15, valid until October 12.

Returning to the gym this September can also support a good cause

In 2024, the company’s Back to the Gym campaign donated more than HUF 5 million to Bátor Tábor. This year, they are raising funds for the Child Nutrition Foundation (Gyermekétkeztetési Alapítvány), as adequate, quality nutrition is also a cornerstone of the campaign. The initiative is also supported by the Fitness5 gym network, ensuring that between September 15 and October 12, every gym entry contributes HUF 30 to the foundation. Through this program, everyone committed to lifestyle changes can help provide daily healthy meals for children in need.
