Analysts: it was expected that inflation will slow down in July
It was expected that inflation will slow down in July. On the basis of the recent data (consumer prices were 0.4 percent higher than a year earlier), however, the basic processes did not change – the macro analysts of the Erste, the K&H Bank, the Takarékbank (Savings Bank) and the ING opined about the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) that was published on Tuesday.
“On the basis of the recent data, the basic processes have not changed. So the data does not affect the previously forecasted inflation path.” – Németh Dávid leading macro analyst of the K&H Bank Zrt. told MTI. (MTI)
