Analysts: Foreign trade continues to perform well
Foreign trade continues to perform well, the surplus in May is higher than the expectations – analysts responded to the first estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Friday.
The Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported that the value of exports in euros increased by 18.8 percent, while the value of imports in euros increased by 18.4 percent in May, compared to the same period of last year. The export surplus became 913 million euros (283 billion forints) in May, 170 million euros (49 billion forints) more than in the year before. (MTI)
