Analysts: foreign trade surplus remains high
Due to the low domestic demand, foreign trade surplus remains high this year – analysts told MTI.
According to the preliminary datas of the Central Statistics Office (KSH) published on Wednesday, export in November decreased by 1.7 percent in euros, while import decreased by 2.0 percent in euros, compared to last November’s exceptionally high base level. In the first eleven months of this year, export increased by 0.8, while import increased by 0.9 percent, compared to the same period of last year. The eleven-month export surplus increased by 22 million euros to 6.782 billion euros. (MTI)
